Return & Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Elesto, we prioritize quality and trust in our electrical goods deliveries. Our goal is to provide you with the correct, undamaged products you ordered.

General Policy

  • Limited Returns & Exchanges: We have a limited return and exchange policy. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for wrong or damaged products delivered.

  • 7-Day Return/Exchange Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for a wrong or damaged product.

  • No Returns for Other Reasons: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to changes in preference, incorrect orders on your part, or any other reasons beyond our control.

Damaged or Wrong Product Policy

  1. Contact Us Immediately: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Proof of Issue: Please provide photos or videos clearly demonstrating the damage or the incorrect product received.

Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched or packed.

  • Stock Availability: If an ordered product is not in stock, we will notify you. You may then choose to proceed with a replacement product, wait for the product to come back into stock, or request a cancellation and refund.

  • Post-Dispatch Cancellation: We are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched or packed, as they are in the process of delivery.
